Animal Rescue Youtube Channels

While I was looking for ideas to post, I get sidetracked by the animal rescue videos I find on Youtube. I kept talking about it so much that I was told to just post about it. (aka Talk to someone else.) lol.

By posting these Youtube channels, I hope to direct more viewers and subscribers their way so they can help more animals. To be honest, I often binge watch the videos when I feel down. I am particularly fond of foxes and we don’t have them here.

Vet Ranch

This is the first youtube channel on animal rescue I found. I think this video I liked was one of the first ones I saw on recommendations tab. They have a pretty big following. They help fix domestic animals for easier adoption. Depending on the care the animal needs, the vets gets into explaining the procedures being done. There are censored and uncensored versions of the newer videos for those who don’t want to see operations.

Vet Ranch’s videos are the successful cases so it is a nice binge watch. Can be a little distressing at times in the beginning because you see how cruel humans can be to their pets. Vet Ranch is based in USA.

Wildlife Aid

I recently found this youtube channel on my recommendations list. It was a little surprising since the channel has been around quite a while. Some of their older videos are episode types but their new ones have become single rescues. Wildlife Aid specializes in rescuing and re-releasing wild life.
Wildlife Aid is based in England. Their videos can end very sadly though.

Similar to Vet Ranch, Wildlife Aid also explains the process the animals will go through. Also the way Simon speaks to the animals is very entertaining.

Big Cat Rescue

This is a channel I found a while back. Big Cat Rescue tales in abandoned and injured big cats. The videos I saw from them are all about the big cats. They also have videos of what everyday looks like for the cats. Unlike the previous two, the videos are not all rescue videos. Most of the videos are educational. The video I linked is about the sounds the big cats make. One of the videos I re-watch often.

Big Cat Rescue is based in Florida, USA.

Batzilla the Bat

First off, I had no idea bats could be so cute. I was pleasantly surprised. This channel has quite a lot of videos of eating bats swaddled in towels. The lady talking in the background explains where they found the bat. As well as what they plan to do next. It is just really freakin cute. Nice little pick me up binge.

Batzilla the Bat is based in Australia.

Local Animal Rescue Channel

Mayari Animal Rescue Organization (MARO)

I found this one very recently. MARO haven’t posted a whole lot of videos but they are active on facebook. They rescue abandoned and stray animals. They are based in Cebu, Philippines so it is a group close to home.

Honestly, I added this one in hopes in can help get them more subscribers. Maybe a little nudge can get them to make more videos. I have seen a lot of neglected animals here so seeing a channel like this makes me hopeful.
