Zomlings • in the town • Mystery Zombie Toys

I can’t help but feel so jealous of the videos in youtube that do blind bag toy openings. Mostly because I can’t find any blind bag toys here. I was lucky that one day I decided to look at Toy Town in Festival Supermall! They had these cute plastic houses with cute zombies called Zomlings.

Zomlings •IN THE TOWN•

This mystery zombie toy is made by Magic Box Int. Says on the package that it is a company from Barcelona, Spain. (oooh interesting!). I have only seen Season 1 at the stores so far.

I bought 2 of the bagged ones, 1 house and the mansion. From what I understand, the mansion always has the same 2 characters. The house
has 2 random characters and the bag has 1 random character in a small
tower. These small towers are stackable.

I actually have a video of me opening a bag and the mansion but it was
my first time taking a video with my camera so the focus was messy.
I am going to try for a better set up next time. So I will be using still images from the videos I took.

Blind Bag

This one is the blind bag. It costs 99.75php but sometimes the store is on sale. First time I saw these, the store had 5% off on all unmarked toys.

Opening the plastic bag is the character list and the small tower. The toy isn’t in any plastic inside the tower. The small tower does have a window
so if you prefer not seeing the toy until the last moment, don’t look through
the window.

House and Mansion

Next are the house and the hotel. These two are not in a bag. The house had
a plastic wrap similar to the hotel one. Magic Trick Hotel has this switch that makes the toys disappear. There is a small booklet inside that will show you how. The house was less than 200 but I can’t remember how much the hotel went for. These prices might be cheaper than normal because it was a store wide sale when I bought these.

The toys were a little soft. Almost like a hardened goo and felt cool too the touch. I really like their bright colors and quirky faces.  Definitely better than the dirty looking Shopkins I got couple of months back. I found the bird rather cute because of the bandaids on his beak. All of them can be used as pencil toppers too.
